Easter edition

The Easter edition is a seasonal, limited whiskey release launched in connection with Easter. The release typically consists of a smaller batch and focuses on a fresh, spring-oriented profile through specially selected cask types and a certain share of younger spirit.

Production and Selection

The producer often composes the edition as a blend of whiskies aged in different cask types, including first-fill bourbon and casks aged in sherry or port. The aim is to create a balanced profile with fresh fruit, flowers and a light sweetness.

Aroma and taste

Aroma: citrus fruits, honey, vanilla and spring flowers. Taste: malty notes, green apples and pears, a lightly spicy note, honey and vanilla. Finish: medium length with a soft sweetness and a pleasant freshness.

Alcohol strength and availability

Typical alcohol strength ranges from about 40–46% ABV. A limited number of bottles; availability is mainly through season-specific channels and in select markets.

Use and enjoyment

Recommended to enjoy neat or with a few drops of water to open the aroma and flavor. Suitable accompaniment for lighter spring dishes, salads and mild desserts, or chocolate with white chocolate and mint.

Limited packaging production with Easter-inspired design on the label and in the box, often in a special Easter-season package.
