Fremgangsmåde
1) Prepare a clean workspace and ensure the glasses are empty and free of labels. 2) With soap: Fill a bowl with warm water and a drop of neutral, unscented soap. Submerge the glass in the water and move it gently around for 15–20 seconds. Use the brush to clean the inside and the rim. 3) Rinse thoroughly in warm water, both outside and inside, and make sure to remove all soap residues. 4) Without soap: Rinse the glass thoroughly with warm water and use a clean brush to remove any dirt. 5) Dry the glass thoroughly: Let it drip-dry on a clean, lint-free cloth or air-dry in a clean, dry area. 6) Inspect the glass: Are there residues, heavy deposits or an odor? Repeat if necessary or use a new glass.

- Use only glasses that are clean and free of scratches; scratches can trap dirt and make cleaning more difficult.
- For tulip- or nosing-shaped glasses, it is especially important to remove all residues, as such shapes retain more oils and aromas.
