Wester has been distilling and blending in Glasgow's industrial heart since 2018. Although the surroundings are historic, we don't do things the old-fashioned way. We give tradition a modern twist, break with conventions, and go our own way. Respect the past, but move forward. To create a new ruleset, not follow the old one. We import only the finest authentic rums from Jamaica and Guyana and blend every drop of our flavorful, exotic spirits here at Wester. The result is a tropical flavor experience with a no-nonsense Scottish twist.

Banana Rum
RUM INFUSED WITH BANANA ABV: 40% VOL: 50cl/20cl Nose: A delightful tropical aroma with sweet, ripe banana at the forefront. Taste: A smooth and creamy texture, with pronounced flavours of caramelised banana, hints of vanilla, and a subtle warmth in the aftertaste.

Pineapple Rum
RUM INFUSED WITH ORGANIC PINEAPPLE ABV: 40% VOL: 50cl/20cl Nose: Green Banana, Fresh Sliced Pineapple Taste: An almost Sherry sweetness, with some mellow toffee and subtle caramel notes
Fig Rum
RUM INFUSED WITH BLACK FIGS AND DATES ABV: 40% VOL: 50cl/20cl/10cl Nose: Aromas of ripe black figs and dried dates dominate, mingled with molasses and a hint of treacle. Notes of vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg, supported by a whisper of roasted coffee beans and dark chocolate. Taste: Luxuriously smooth and syrupy. Initial waves of caramelized figs and toffee, leading to layers of spiced honey and warm oak. Mid-palate, candied orange peel and a touch of clove add complexity. A gentle smoke and a hint of bitter cacao.

Single Cask Wester
SINGLE CASK RUM LIMITED EDITION - CASK STRENGTH ABV: 50% VOL: 50cl Nose: A delightful mix of raisins, vanilla and toffee Taste: Warm and sweet on the palate. The toffee and vanilla on the nose are joined by cinnamon in the mouth, resulting in a warm and spicy finish.

No nonsense. There are no tours at Wester. We focus on the production and sale of rum and offer, among other things, a Taster Set and online sales via our partners.
