For more than two decades we have nurtured a vision to create the finest sustainable craft beers and whiskies. In 2022 the dream became reality with the opening of Uile-bheist Distillery & Brewery, making us Scotland's first 'Brewstillery'. Located on the historic banks of the River Ness in Inverness, our distillery connects to the mythical link to the Loch Ness Monster. Inspired by this connection, our distillery champions sustainability and boasts an advanced energy centre as well as its own water source and leads in sustainable practices.
