Visit the Distillery

The public is welcome: Wigle offers guided tours and tastings primarily on Saturdays, where guests receive an introduction to production and a spirit sample. The venue features a cocktail bar and a kitchen with seasonal dishes, spirits for sale, flights, and a range of classic and signature cocktails. Opening hours vary through the week, with longer evening hours from Wednesday to Saturday and shorter hours on Sunday.

The stated hours are Monday 11AM – 7PM; Tuesday 11AM – 7PM; Wednesday 11AM – 9PM; Thursday 11AM – 9PM; Friday 11AM – 10PM; Saturday 10AM – 10PM; Sunday 11AM – 4PM.

Wigle focuses on on-site craft production and on working with locally sourced ingredients.
