History

It's early morning. The sun is rising. A light mist lies over the Scanian fields, and in our small distillery the lights are turned on, one after another. The day begins. As usual we are inspired by local spices and fine ingredients. We believe in modern craftsmanship, created with all the knowledge that underpins our drinking culture. A well-made snap, so to speak. Production / Manufacturing

We produce classic aquavits and other spirits specialties in our small distillery. Our products are based on local ingredients and a philosophy shaped by modern craft and careful regard for taste and balance. We proudly collaborate with Helsingborgs Bryggeri as part of our process environment.

Products

AQVAVIT by Lilla Spritfabriken – Classic akvavit (38%) with caraway, anise and fennel. Balanced and smooth. Available via our on-farm sales at Bredgatan 25 or as Aqvavit at Systembolaget. VINTERSNAPS 2025 by Lilla Spritfabriken – A classic Scanian snaps (39.5%). The spicy warm taste rests on notes of fennel, caraway and coriander. Suitable as an aperitif and digestif. Available via our on-farm sales at Bredgatan 25 or as Vintersnaps 2025 at Systembolaget. MOONSHINE by Lilla Spritfabriken – An oak-aged spiced brännvin. Moonshine (43%) is a style dating from the Prohibition era, and our version is typically distilled from beer and subsequently aged in oak. Available via our on-farm sales at Bredgatan 25. WHAT IF SECRET VODKA Lilla Spritfabriken – A flavored vodka (42.6%) with a mild taste and hints of almond. Used as a cocktail ingredient and inspires creative drinks. Available via our on-farm sales at Bredgatan 25 or as WHAT IF SECRET VODKA at Systembolaget.
