Historie

Steiner Edelbrände – a family-owned company in Pamhagen, which for four generations has stood for high-quality Edelbrände and liqueurs. The company is run by father Herbert Steiner together with his sons Erik and Hannes. The key to the quality lies in our own fruit plantations in Seewinkel, where the fruits ripen under ideal conditions in the Pannonian lowland near the Neusiedler See-Seewinkel National Park. Many tourists visit the region on foot or by bike and appreciate the nature as well as our brandy and liqueurs. Produktion

The quality of our Edelbrand is at the center — from fruit selection to aging. We process a range of fruit types, including berries, stone fruits and pome fruits, to offer a broad spectrum of aromas and flavor nuances. The production process begins with careful mash/maische preparation. In specially selected fermentation tanks, controlled fermentation takes place, which forms the basis for a high-quality distillate. Our modern distillery ensures that the valuable aromas of the fruits are preserved optimally. After distillation, our brandies are stored in different containers — either in stainless steel to preserve purity, or in selected wooden casks, where the wood's depth and notes give the brandy a special nuance. Our goal is to achieve the highest perfection at every stage of production and offer an incomparable taste experience.
