Kaufmann Spirits is a family-owned distillery and spirits producer located in Ellmau in Tyrol. According to their site, Wolfgang Kaufmann in 2014 began refining his craft through training as an Edelbrandsommelier and began selling his own distillates in 2014. In 2016 the Mühlberg family opened Rem – an authentic demonstration distillery on the farm – where they invite visitors to experience the craftsmanship up close. Production and Manufacturing

Each drop is crafted with care. Selected ingredients are blended with crystal-clear spring water from the Tirol Alps, and distillation takes place in traditional copper stills to preserve the aromas.
