Tiroler Bier Brauerei Baumgartner GmbH is a small brewery in Innsbruck that has existed since 1999. They focus on natural beers in the form of Weizen and Märzen, which are natural and not pasteurized, not stabilized, and not filtered. Brewer Harald Baumgartner was the first Austrian distiller to produce a single malt whisky in 1995. In addition to beer, they have added products such as Bierbrand, Zigarrenbrand, whisky liqueur and Bieressig, and the newest product is Tiroler Bierlikør. The products are labeled and hand-bottled by the company. Our mission is to keep quality standards high through sustainable production, 100% commitment to our work, and a love of detail. Tiroler Bier is produced in the form of Weizen and Märzen and is natural, meaning it is not pasteurized, not stabilized, and not filtered. Since the opening of Tiroler Bier Halle, the company has also explored a Schaubrauerei where visitors can witness the brewing and schnapps distillation. The newest product in their range is Tiroler Bierlikør. Their products have also become known for Bierbrand, Zigarrenbrand and whisky liqueur, and everything is produced with a focus on quality and craftsmanship.

Tiroler Bier Halle in Innsbruck opened on February 2, 2022 and has since introduced its own gastronomy concept, Tiroler Bier Halle. The address is Egger-Lienz-Straße 3a in Innsbruck, where guests can enjoy a cold beer and participate in events such as corporate events, guided tours and other celebrations. The venue is suitable for events and parties, and live demonstrations are also offered in the Schaubrauerei, where you can see brewing and distillation. Opening hours are Monday to Saturday from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and events can be booked securely by phone or e-mail.
