History

Fleurieu Distillery and Steam Exchange Brewery are located in the heart of the historic Goolwa Wharf Precinct and revive the great tradition of distilling single malt whisky and brewing fine ales as part of the Fleurieu Peninsula's regional cuisine.

Fleurieu Distillery produces Australian and internationally award-winning single malt whisky, as well as our Moon River Gin.

Steam Exchange brews four distinctive preservative-free beers.

Winners: 2018 American Distilling Institute Trophy for Best International Whisky; 2019 Australian Distilled Spirits Awards Trophy for Champion Australian Whisky.

The distillery and brewery are open for tastings and sales Wednesday to Sunday 11:30–16:30.
