History

• Demoiselle Distillery was established in 2012 and has been operating since the early days of craft distilling in Australia.
• We make every drop of alcohol we sell in-house and do not buy finished, pre-made products.
• We started with Absinthe and have expanded to Agave Spirit, Gin, Whisky, Rum, Limoncello, Arancello and Vodka, using botanicals and fruits grown on our farm.
• The agave is cultivated exclusively on the farm and distilled into agave spirit; the project is now in its tenth year.
• Our products have won awards: Demoiselle Verte Originale Absinthe (Silver, Tasting Australia Awards 2020, Alternate Spirit), Demoiselle Matilda Absinthe (Bronze, Tasting Australia Awards 2018, Liqueurs) and Afternoon Haze Gin (Silver, Australian Gin Awards 2020).
