Whisky

There is a 2025 SINGLE CASK WHISKY made from South Australian barley and slowly hand-distilled. The whisky was distilled in January 2018 and aged in a single ex-sherry cask. It is almost seven years old at its initial release and is described as a deep amber color with notes of honey-malted barley, toasted oak and orange zest, as well as caramel, dried fruit, and a warming, long finish.
