History

KAERILIS is a whisky-, rum- and perfume-brand based in Brittany, Belle-Île en mer. The founder Fabien MUELLER is the heir to a tradition of bouilleurs de cru/distillateurs and oversees the selection, blending, production and maturation of whiskies, rhums and fragrance ingredients with respect and passion for the four elements of universal alchemy since 2006.

Production

KAERILIS produces whiskies, rhums and fragrances and places emphasis on selection, blending, production and maturation in accordance with a philosophy of the four elements of universal alchemy.

• Whisky Vague à Donnant, 50 cl – iodine, fresh, vegetal (42% vol).
• Whisky Vague à Donnant, 100 cl – iodine, fresh, vegetal (42% vol) – very limited edition.
• Whisky Aduna, 50 cl – Woody, fruity, light caramel (43.2% vol).
• Whisky Les Six Reines de Belle Île, 50 cl – Peat fire, iodine; very subtle (43.2% vol).
• Whisky Rêve d'Azur, 50 cl – The whisky that inspired the perfume, woody oriental (43.2% vol).
