History

The Laurens family has lived in Clairvaux-d'Aveyron for several generations in the heart of the Marcillac Valley.

Production / Manufacturing

With our traditional copper alembic, we capture the full richness of the terroir and the universe of flavors. We produce eaux de vie de fruits (Poire William, Reine Claude, Marc de Marcillac, Prunes sauvages, Sorbier, Gentiane), as well as whiskies, gins, vodka, and Aveyronnais rhum, and, of course, ratafias.
