History

In Neuville in Avesnois, Jérôme Dreumont, Master Brewer, founded Brasserie DREUM in 1985. Since 2012, the brewery's estaminet has welcomed visitors in an unconventional setting that blends modernity and tradition.

Production/Manufacturing

Jérôme Dreumont is responsible for the craft brewing and communication of the process, including the mystique of making craft beer. The production draws inspiration from monastic tradition and the method used by Trappist monks. In addition to beer, whiskey, whiskey brandy, gin and vodka are produced on site.

Visits/Experiences

The estaminet at the brewery operates in keeping with the company's ethos and offers a unique experience; there are special events every Saturday from 15:00 to 20:30 with free admission. Guided tours for individuals are held on Saturdays at 16:00 and last about 30 minutes. There is also takeaway and a shop where you can buy beer and related products.
