History
GrainHenge Whisky is an extension of Troubled Monk Brewery and a celebration of the mysterious synergies that arise when people and ingredients meet with curiosity and care. GrainHenge is more than just a blend of grain, wood, water and time; it is the prairie and the people who live and work around it. GrainHenge symbolizes Albert's rich history of grain- and mill carts as well as abandoned traction structures – iconic symbols of the prairie, which function as monuments that inspire togetherness and wonder.
Production / Manufacturing
GrainHenge Whisky is built on an approach that combines grain, wood, water and time with respect for the place's culture and craftsmanship. The flavor profiles and bottling methods appear in each release, where unusual mash bills and different casks give unique character.
