History

Weinbau Eller are specialists in Franconian wines, Franconian whisky, and brandy produced in-house. From grape to bottle: everything is produced directly by the producer. Their motto is: Quality over quantity!

Production

Our approach is to bring the grapes from the vineyard all the way to the bottle, all produced directly by the producer. Some wines are aged in barrique barrels; for example, Spätburgunder QbA 2021, dry, 24 months in barrique. The range includes wines from different grape varieties, including Spätburgunder, Domina, Bacchus, Riesling, Regent, and Portugieser. Apfelsecco Cideró is one of our specialties. Brandy aged in its own oak barrel is listed as part of the range.
