History Steigmiller-Lutz is a family-owned fruit juice company with its own juice press and distillery in Ummendorf. Since 1951 the company has offered a wide range of products and services around fruit, with a focus on processing homegrown Streuobst. Since 2019 the company has been run by Felix Lutz in the third generation, supported by the family and dedicated employees. Grounded terms such as Streuobst, regional products, Bio and direct sales are the company's core pillars. A broad range of handmade products is available in our shop, which is more than just a juice shop.

Production focuses on using regional raw materials and artisanal craftsmanship without compromise. The range includes Edelbrände and Liqueurs, and the distillation process is characterized by attention to detail and traditional craftsmanship. The production includes, among others, distilled products such as Bohnapfel im Holzfass and Schwäbischer Fassapfel as well as Rissmoor Bio Whiskey, all available in 0.2 L and 0.5 L bottles with wooden caps.

Whisky series - Rissmoor Bio Whiskey – Bio Single Malt Whisky. Produced from controlled organic grain and spring water; develops a mild flavor with a fine smoky note and balanced aftertaste. Aged in its own oak cask; limited production; handwritten labels. Available in 0.2 L and 0.5 L bottles with wooden caps.
