History

Schaubrennerei Fink GbR is located on an agricultural property in Westallgäu, Opfenbach. It is a combination of dairy production, schnapps distillery, and direct-to-customer sales as well as three holiday accommodations. In "Our Distillery" you can experience how aromatic fruit is transformed into noble brandies and liqueurs. The distiller himself guides guests through the distillery before enjoying the taste in the cozy tasting room. The raw materials for the products come either from own production or are regionally sourced. We produce about 30 varieties of schnapps and liqueurs.

Production / Manufacturing

Schaubrennerei Fink GbR primarily produces spirits and liqueurs from fruits and nuts, including schnapps, liqueurs, hazelnut and other nut-based spirits, as well as fruit and noble brandies. The assortment consists of around 30 different types of schnapps and liqueurs. The raw materials for production come either from own production or from regional suppliers.
