Historie

Rose Valley Feinbrandmanufaktur Brabant is run by Eric and Astrid Brabant and their team. Since 2016, they have, in a traditional manner, under the Rose Valley brand, in their small distillery-manufaktur in the heart of Saxony, produced the finest distillates and spirits. Quality is at the forefront for them, and it starts with the raw materials – they use exclusively high-quality products made from natural ingredients and regional raw materials from local suppliers. Feinbrandmanufaktur Brabant offers classics such as Whisky, Gin, Vodka and Rum as well as various Liqueurs and Feinbrände.

Produktion / Fremstilling

They work according to a traditional production method. Whisky aging takes place exclusively in first-fill casks, and it all takes place as full maturation without finish. The whiskies are usually single-cask bottlings, often at cask strength, and each bottle is hand-numbered from first to last bottle.

Besøg / Oplevelser

There is also the option of contract distilling (distillation on order). There is also a factory outlet, which from July 21–27, 2025 is closed due to holidays.
