History

Hillock Park Distillery is the Hillock edition of Distillery & Brennerei Heinrich Habbel GmbH & Co. KG’s Hillock edition and is located in Sprockhövel, North Rhine-Westphalia. According to the site, the Habbel family, who run the renovations and distillation, trace back to 1878, and Hillock Park Distillery was established in 2013 as a new facility.
