Historie

Franziska is known as Die Brennerin and follows in the footsteps of her family of distillers, which her father, grandfather and great-grandfather have done before her. Her expressive approach focuses on the old craft and on the fact that a small farm distillery is her own. It's about the essence of things, the taste and aroma of her homeland. She describes that her distilled products reflect nature in all its facets and are bold, visceral and honest – they don't chase profits at any price, but have backbone and character.
