Faro Distillery is led by Fabian Rohrwasser. As a family business, Fabian Rohrwasser laid the foundation for the whisky distillery in 2019 together with his wife Martina. Their many years of experience as distillers and their passion for spirits drive them. They focus on Schleswig-Holstein's unique whisky and on every detail, including raw materials, processing, and storage. They value a consistently curious whisky and an uncompromising commitment to quality.

Production / Manufacturing

Faro Distillery uses a 1000 L copper pot still. They place emphasis on raw materials, processing and storage in their production and development of Schleswig-Holstein's unique whisky.
