Bauhöfer is a Schwarzwälder beer brewery since 1852. The family is in its fifth generation and preserves Schwarzwälder brewing craft regionally in Ortenau. With body and soul and with the best ingredients they brew an honest beer of the highest quality, varied in flavor and in packaging.

The range includes classics as well as wheat beer (Weizen), bock brew and Radler as well as specialties. It is true Schwarzwälder brewing culture. Some employees mention their favorites Keller No. 5 (unfiltered and refreshing), Export (full-bodied and fresh), Pilsener (crisp and hop-forward) and Schwarzwaldmarie (fruity fresh with a hint of malt sweetness).
