History

In February 2021, Edelbrennerei Haas distilled their own single malt whisky for the first time, after more than half a year of preparation. After more than three distillation days, they were able to pour their chocolatey distillate into a 30-year-old Sherry Oloroso cask from Spain directly. In the years to come, the whisky would rest in the cask until they could taste it.

In 2021, the first single malt whisky was distilled at Edelbrennerei Haas. After three distillation days, the distillate was poured into a 30-year-old Sherry Oloroso cask from Spain, which gives the whisky time to mature.

Products/Whisky Series

Single Malt Whisky (self-distilled), aged in its own Sherry Oloroso cask even longer, so that it can be tasted later.
