Production/Manufacturing

The company produces Korn-/Getreidealkohol and classic Korn distillates. Exclusive production takes place in its own distillery. The product portfolio includes: - Getreidealkohol 5-fach destilliert: soft and neutral and particularly suitable for high-quality vodka production. - Getreideneutralalkohol: particularly suitable for premium spirits. - Klassische Korndestillate: distillates in accordance with EU-Spirituosen-VO (EG) Nr. 110/2008. - Original-Weizenfeindestillat (Nr. 20) - Original-Roggenfeindestillat (Nr. 15) - Original-Weizenfeindestillat „M“ (Nr. 24) with higher malt content for milder alcohol sweetness.

Organic distillates: - Öko-Weizendestillat (Artikel-Nr. 35): DE-ÖKO-003, gemäß Naturland. Made from grain from recognized organic cultivation. Origin: EU / non-EU farming. Exclusive production in own distillery with Betriebs-Zertifikat under EU organic regulations (834/2007 and 889/2008) as well as Naturland. Applications: cosmetics, spirits, food and vinegar industries, cleaning agents and others.

Farmaceuticals & Cosmetics: - Anhydrous Ethanol / Pharma-Quality: Absolute alcohol min. 99.9% vol. Used as an active ingredient and excipient for pharmaceutical applications. Ethanol (Pharma) min. 96% vol. Used as an active ingredient and excipient. - Denaturation: Standard denaturation (per 100 liters), MEK etc. GMP active substance production, AMG regulations, European Pharmacopoeia, and separation in storage, pipelines, and transport.

Technology/Chemistry: - Anhydrous Ethanol: Absolute alcohol 99.9% vol. Solvent for the food sector, printing inks, etc. - Azeotropic Ethanol: Ethanol min. 96% vol. for raw materials for premium washing and care products.

Classical Grain Distillates: - Original-Weizenfeindestillat: mild grain aroma, fresh note and broad applicability. - Original-Roggenfeindestillat: made from pure rye, with the full grain aroma. - Original-Weizenfeindestillat „M“: higher malt content for especially mild alcohol sweetness.
