Nordic bitter based on Porst (Gagelstrauch). Aromas include laurel, corn berries and woody notes; the taste highlights a subdued bitterness that pairs with smoky and earthy after-drinks and cocktails.

Aquavit aged in Sherry Cask 41% ABV – 500 ml – €45.00

Aquavit developed from nine organic herbs; aged in American white oak in a cask that previously carried Bourbon and later PX Sherry, which gives sherry notes such as candied oranges and raisins. Nose: caraway, anise and fennel supported by oak notes; Taste: spiced with a hint of sweetness from sherry, finishing with clear anise notes.

Plum with Aquavit 32% ABV – 500 ml – €27.00

A fruity combination of plums and Aquavit. Nose: ripe plum with bitter almonds; Taste: plum richness meets Aquavit's spiciness; versatile as a digestif or aperitif, neat or in cocktails.
