History

In 1925 our ancestors established the first distillery on our property. We have continued this tradition through four generations. After the old distillation process, we produce more than a dozen varieties.

Production / Manufacturing

After distillation, the heat and the spirit's strength vary depending on the variety, until it is matured and suitable for sale.

Products / Whisky Series

The foundation of our noble distillates is our fruit orchard; here grow cherries, apples, pears, plums and much more. This allows us to use only sun-ripened and carefully selected fruits for our distillates and spirits. The categories (tags) include Eau-de-Vie, Liqueur, and Whiskey. We produce more than a dozen varieties.

Philosophy

We emphasize fruit-based distillates and use sun-ripe, carefully selected fruits to achieve high quality. The high quality of our distillates is annually confirmed with medals from the Franconian Small Combine Association.
