History

Ebner Distillery – noble specialties from the Black Forest – is a distillery located in the Black Forest, offering a range of specialties. It also highlights that gin and whiskey are a new trend, and that the company has a large selection in their shop – Gin & Whisky – a new trend! And in our shop assortment, of course, a wide selection of popular beverages must not be missing.

Production / Manufacturing

Schwarzwald Gretchen Distilled Dry Gin is described as using 18 selected botanicals, which are distilled in the original pot still, and where the essence of fresh berries, aromatic flowers and spicy herbs is used. In addition, quince distillate and delicate spruce tips are mentioned as refinements, which give a distinct Black Forest edge to the gin production.

The list of whisky bottlings and series includes, among others: - Wolfenweiler Whisky 'Helene 1907' Triple Wood (0.5 L) – a combination of different cask maturations. - Kinzig Brennerei Geroldsecker Whisky Single Malt (0.1 L) and other Kinzig-based single malts such as Biberacher and Kinzigtäler. - Marder Pure Single Malt Whisky (0.2 L) and Marder whisky variants such as Single Cask Sherry and Honey Liqueur. - Rothaus Black Forest Single Malt Whisky (and other Rothaus-related products). - Paul John Peated Select Cask – Indian Single Malt Whisky (0.7 L) – Indian single malt – peated. - Blackdeer Whisky Single Malt and Black Forest Whiskies in general. - Other narrow editions and small-batch bottles such as Marder Whisky Liqueur and other limited editions.

These products show that Ebner offers a range of Black Forest-based whiskies and single malts with different cask aging and stylistic notes.
