History
It all began generations ago on a family farm in a valley near an old oak tree. Moonshiners and bootleggers were widespread in the region. Grandfather Garfield, born in 1886, began moonshining on the family farm in the early 1900s, and the process of making moonshine has been a family tradition since the early 1800s. Grandfather Odis loved helping Garfield make and taste shine and carried on the family tradition until he was convicted of illegal production. I feel called to uphold the family's tradition, and after years of hard work I now own a distillery in compliance with federal regulations. It is our duty to preserve the same family traditions and quality for future generations in accordance with authorities' regulations. At NOLA Distillery we are proud of our craft and produce outstanding spirits, and we do not advocate anything, but showcase how the tradition continues.
Today NOLA Distillery is among the industry's leading players. We are proud of each team member's creativity and drive and work every day to preserve our family traditions and craft.
