History

The first distilleries in Brooklyn date back to the 18th century. During Prohibition there were over 50,000 illegal distilleries in New York City. Since Prohibition, the aromas of distillation have been rare... until now. Within our 3,000 ft² distillery and event space, New York Distilling Company builds on this dream and establishes one of the nation’s premier craft distilleries.

Production

A return to distilling in Brooklyn. We operate out of a 3,000 ft² distillery and an event space, and build on New York’s rich distilling tradition to create characterful craft distilleries.

Gin

• Dorothy Parker New York Gin – a blend of traditional and modern botanicals including juniper berries and elderberries, citrus fruits, cinnamon and hibiscus flowers. Suitable in a Gin & Tonic or a Gin Daisy. Price: $35.
• Perry's Tot Navy Strength Gin – original Navy Strength Gin at 57% ABV; aromatic and smooth, ideal for gin lovers. Price: $30.
• Dorothy Parker Rose Petal Infused – infusion of red and pink rose petals and crushed elderberries; lightly sweet with a creamy finish. Price: $35.

Whiskey / Rye

• Jaywalk Straight Rye – Rye distilled in New York; a blend of Horton Heirloom Rye and our original Organic Field Race Rye, both grown in the Finger Lakes region of New York. A blend of spirits aged 6, 7 and 8 years; 92 proof. Price: $50.
• Mister Katz's Rock & Rye – a ready-to-drink cocktail that brings together our young rye whiskey with rock candy sugar, sour cherries, cinnamon and a hint of citrus. Price: $30.
• Jaywalk Bonded Rye – 7-year age; aged under the Bottled-in-Bond Act of 1897; a blend of Horton Heirloom and Field Race Rye. Price: $55.
• Jaywalk Heirloom Rye – Cask Strength; New York Rye, aged 13 years; bottled at cask strength at 114–116 proof. Price: $125.
