Historie
Monkey Hollow Distillery is an expansion of Monkey Hollow Winery, which opened its doors in May 2011 and has since operated a full line of locally grown and produced wines on the original farm just outside St Meinrad.
Produktion/Fremstilling
The distillery side of Monkey Hollow produces a range of whiskeys as part of its expansion. The products include unaged corn whiskey (Monkey Shine), cinnamon-flavored whiskey (Fire Monkey), peach-flavored corn whiskey (Peach Monkey Shine), cherry-flavored corn whiskey (Cherry Monkey Shine), aged whiskey such as Winter's Wheat (aged in oak barrels for at least 2 years), blended malt whiskey (3 Monkey Blended Malt), and bourbon (Daniel Lee Jr. Bourbon) — all listed in the product list. Most of the whiskeys are marked as out of stock for some variants.
