History

Molly Brown Bourbons are described as truly "Grain to Glass" spirits. The grains come from fertile farms in Colorado, grown by our farming partners Root Shoot Malting in Loveland, Colorado. By keeping every step of bourbon production internal, they can produce an excellent spirit. They mill the mash by grinding the grain themselves to ensure the freshest mash, after which they ferment and distill to develop the most complex flavor experiences. Only the smoothest part of the heart of the distillation is chosen for aging in full-size 53-gallon new American charred oak barrels. Each matured barrel is individually sampled and bottled when the flavor meets the stringent guidelines. To ensure the most robust flavor, the bourbon is never chill-filtered and may only be diluted with pure Rocky Mountain water before tapping. Give yourself a break from your everyday bourbon and dance with the "Queen of Bourbons". Molly Brown Bourbon and Molly Brown High Rye Bourbon – Spirit of Denver. Production / Manufacturing

Molly Brown focuses on in-house production with a Grain to Glass approach. The grains are milled internally, fermented and distilled to develop the most complex and rich flavor profiles. Only the heart of the distillation, kept in full-size 53-gallon new American charred oak barrels, is used for aging. The bourbon is not chill-filtered, and it is only diluted with pure Rocky Mountain water before tapping.
