Nocino: Italian walnut liqueur at 74 proof; light tobacco notes weave through dark chocolate and an intense dry walnut. Rum State of Jefferson: pot-distilled from molasses and aged in used whiskey barrels. Whisky: Single Grain Whiskey: double pot-distilled from unmalted 2-row barley grown in Rogue Valley, Oregon; aged in new heavy-char Oregon Oak casks. The current release is aged 5 years and bottled in January 2020. Single Barrel Whiskey: bottled annually from a single barrel and aged in new heavy-char Oregon Oak casks.
