Hudson Valley Distillers is a family-owned business that since 2014 has hand-distilled spirits using ingredients sourced from our own Hudson Valley 'backyard'. The family is LGBT+/woman/veteran-owned; Chris Moyer leads the distillation, Jennifer Moyer creates cocktails, and her brother Stephen Theiss packages the products. In 2014 they moved from Northern VA to the Hudson Valley to establish a farm-to-bottle experience. In 2019 Jennifer’s brother Stephen joined the team for packaging, and in 2021 they launched Hudson Cocktail Company with ready-to-pour bottle cocktails. During COVID-19 in 2020 the distillery shifted to hand sanitizer production and began offering To-Go cocktails; in 2021 the first 'ready-to-pour' Hudson Cocktail Company bottles were launched. The tasting room is currently closed.

Produktion / Fremstilling

The spirits are produced through careful hand-distillation using local and, when possible, organic ingredients. Many products use ingredients from New York and follow a farm-to-bottle approach, with an emphasis on being accessible and easy to enjoy.
