History
Brian St. Clair and his brother Eric began distilling corn liquor in autumn 2015, inspired by Prohibition-era methods. They have built a family-owned business where craftsmanship and customer satisfaction are central elements. At the distillery, several original copper pot stills and farm artifacts are displayed side by side with the working area; an old grain loft from the brothers' childhood serves as a partition in the shop. Later the range was expanded to include a bourbon aged two years in white oak barrels, and several flavored moonshines.
Raw materials and production
Production focuses on corn liquor and is carried out in small, handcrafted batches. Distillation takes place on copper pot stills, and the process includes mashing, distillation and a subsequent filtration process.
