Hidden Still Spirits began its journey in 2014 in Lebanon, PA to become the largest producer of PA Craft Straight Bourbon Whiskey. A central part of the story is David E. Bourbon, the Pennsylvania Bourbon, driven by a dedication to grain-to-glass and quality products. The name Hidden Still comes from the way distillation of spirits has been carried out throughout history.

Production / Manufacturing

The history describes a long tradition of distillation that can be traced back to 1753. Hidden Still Spirits emphasizes aging and quality as a fundamental part of their process. The operation was moved from downtown Lebanon to Hershey, PA, to the current facility at 505 W. Chocolate Ave., Hershey, PA 17033. Their column distillery section is under construction, and private tours of the distillery are temporarily paused while the new equipment is established.
