History

• Family-owned distillery in Greensboro, NC. Greensboro Distilling is the maker of Fainting Goat Spirits. The Norman family (Bill Norman, Andrew Norman and Owen Norman) started with a 3-gallon still in their renovated home in Fisher Park, Greensboro. Andrew is Master Distiller and Bill is Executive Chef, and Owen is a son and future distiller.
• Located in downtown Greensboro; we produce Tiny Cat Vodka, Emulsion Gin and a series of Whiskeys and Bourbons under the name C. B. Fisher. The spirits are grain-to-glass, with NC-grown grain; the grain is milled, mashed, fermented and distilled, and bottled – all under one roof.
• The grain from one family farm in Union County is ground, mashed, fermented and distilled in one place. We have offsite aging in a rickhouse, and when they are aged, the spirits are brought back to the distillery for bottling. Bottles can be purchased at the distillery seven days a week, including Sundays. Our spirits are also available in NC ABC stores.

Production / Manufacturing

• The grain (except barley) is NC-grown from a single family farm in Union County. The grain is ground, mashed, fermented and distilled in one place.
• Aging takes place in an offsite rickhouse; when ready, it is brought back to the distillery for bottling.
• The products are grain-to-glass and everything happens under one roof.

Visit / Experiences

• Bottles are available at the distillery every day of the week, including Sundays. Our spirits are also available in NC ABC stores.
