History
Drift Distillery is a handcrafted distillery in San Clemente, California. Owners are Ryan and Lesli Winter, who want to give the local community access to local small-batch spirits handcrafted here in San Clemente. One of the most unique aspects of Drift is the grain-to-bottle operation, where the wheat comes from the parents' family farm outside of Bison, Kansas. They are proud to be able to make premium spirits made from grain planted and harvested by their parents. The tasting room is housed in a 100-year-old farmhouse, making for an exceptional experience. Drift describes itself as one of the few Farm-to-Bottle distilleries in the USA.
