History
Doire Distilling was founded in August 2018 by Andy Day & Alana Wentworth and opened as Derry's first craft distillery in downtown Derry, New Hampshire. The family behind Doire was also behind The Drinkery and owned Cask & Vine. The distillery started with clear and light-bodied spirits and the first rum '01', a high-proof rum that pays tribute to the 'Duke Boys'. Shortly thereafter Doire expanded its range with a series of botanical gins, rums and vodkas. Through collaborations under 'Single Cut' they produced white whiskey in collaboration with Kelsen Brewing Company and Martha's Exchange. Gradually they began aging and developing projects such as a peated whiskey, Irish single malt, bourbon and most recently a 100% Malt Rye whiskey.
Production/Manufacturing
Doire is described as a small-batch distillery with a 125-gallon pot still, producing unique products from the ground up in Derry. The distillery opened with clear and light-bodied spirits and began developing barrel-aging projects, including peated whiskey, Irish single malt, bourbon and 100% Malt Rye whiskey.
Products/Whisky Series
Doire produces whisky such as Irish Whiskey (Irish Single Malt), Peated Whisky, Bourbon and 100% Malt Rye Whiskey. The prototype 'Prototype Peated Whisky' won bronze at the ADI in 2020. Their Irish Single Malt and bourbon represent their aged, handcrafted approach.

Doire’s tasting room offers flights of spirits and retail to-go. Some of their products are available in NH-deliveries and at select on-premise locations. The address is 1 1/2 East Broadway, Derry, NH 03038. Reservations can be made via Cask & Vine.
Philosophy
"Too much of anything is bad, but too much good whiskey is barely enough." – Mark Twain. Doire is a family-owned, locally rooted craft distillery that produces unique products from the ground up in a town with Irish history.
