100 Proof is Detroit City Distillery's bold new chapter. It emerges from more than a decade of street-level operations, growth, and good whiskey, and 100 Proof is a newly interpreted event-venue located in the historic former Stroh’s Ice Cream Factory. What was once the mechanical heart of a Prohibition-era operation now beats with new energy, blending raw industrial heritage with modern design. More than just a place, 100 Proof is our statement: we are still here, still pushing boundaries, and we are only getting stronger. Production / Manufacturing

Detroit City Distillery combines craftsmanship, history and locally sourced ingredients. Part of the story is that we, as described, manufacture products from grain to glass, including Butcher’s Cut Bourbon and Rye varieties.

– Butcher’s Cut Bourbon: Mash Bill is 68% corn, 27% rye and 5% specially roasted barley malts. Aged 4 years or more. 50% ABV (100 Proof). – Rye (from the lineup): Mash Bill 97% rye and 3% specially roasted barley malts. Origins: Organic corn and rye from Washtenaw Co, MI. Aged 4 years or more. 47% ABV (94 Proof). – Two Faced Bourbon: An ambitious blend that unites Michigan whiskey with Southern tradition. 50% ABV (100 Proof). Contains The Butcher’s Cut Bourbon and Kentucky Wheated Bourbon. – Honey Bourbon: Aged 4 years or more. 50% ABV (100 Proof).
