Cowboy Country Distilling sits close to the Wind River Mountain Range just outside Pinedale in southwestern Wyoming. Here the spirit of the Wild West lives on—from the era of mountain men and cowboys who created cowboy country. Tim, our master distiller, has developed unique distilling methods through his travels to create distinctive flavor profiles in our spirits.

The clear water from the snow-capped mountains and glaciers around Pinedale provides ideal conditions for producing high-quality spirits. Our handcrafted spirits are distilled, aged in barrels, and bottled at our distillery in western Wyoming. Our master distiller focuses on producing superior gluten-free spirits and delivering a taste of the Old West.

The products highlight ABV and awards for many products: - Raspberry Cordial – 35% ABV – 2019 SIP Awards Bronze, 2021 SIP Bronze. Description: Raspberry flavor, not too sweet or too sour. - Coffee Liqueur – 20% ABV – 2020 SIP Awards Gold. Description: Made with Bolivian coffee, dark chocolate, and Madagascar vanilla. - Vodka – 40% ABV – - Jalapeño Bacon Vodka – 40% ABV – 2018 Denver International Spirits Silver, 2020 SIP Awards Silver, Innovation Award. - Gin – 43% ABV – 2019 SIP Awards Silver, 2020 Platinum. Description: 9 botanicals including Western Juniper Berries and Wyoming Rosehips; aged in brandy casks. - Rum – 43% ABV – French-style agricole rum made from raw Colombian sugar, around 17 flavor notes. - Spiced Rum, Special Reserve Rum – 40% ABV – 80 Proof. Description: six spices and hints of lavender and caramel. - Special Reserve Rum – 43% ABV – 86 Proof. Description: Bronze, London Spirits Competition 2019.
