Production/Manufacturing

Philosophy and Approach

PATience & PRECISION are the core principles. They distill, source and blend the finest ingredients from across the nation and explore various distillation methods and aging environments to produce premium spirits.

Techniques and Processes

  • They apply cognac techniques to bind together different distillation methods, Barrels and aging environments to bring forth specific flavors and tones.
  • Part of the spirits is distilled onsite, and they blend and age thereafter to highlight complex notes.
  • The products are aged in various oak barrels, and they note common features such as the oak's character and time being decisive for flavor.
  • For the Straight Bourbon series, 4+ year-old bourbon-based barrels are used to create a rich and smooth profile, and it is mentioned that the process from barrel to bottle takes about three months using brandy-blending and proofing techniques.
  • The series also includes longer-aged variants and blends, where a 9+ year-old bourbon stock is blended with 4+ year Coppercraft-distilled bourbon to achieve a more punchy and spicy character.
