Copper Run Distillery is the first legally operating Moonshine distillery in the Ozark Mountains since Prohibition ended in 1933. A small business that is deeply rooted. Copper Run is a small-batch craft distillery that prioritizes quality and stands by the slogan: small batches, BIG PASSION. The Copper Run family of spirits is strongly influenced by local resources: the pure limestone-rich water, the popular Missouri white oak barrels, and the changing climate in the Ozarks create a unique distilling and aging environment. The secret lies in our distillation methods which we have developed over the past 14 years, which make it possible to produce smooth and wonderfully flavorful whiskey and rum directly from the still, with barrel aging merely being a tasting and conditioning technique.

The Signature Barrel Program (SBP) offers whiskey and rum enthusiasts a unique and fun experience. One can learn the secrets behind craft whiskey and participate in creating one's very own whiskey barrel, where each cask has its own story and where you write your own story on your own barrel.
