Historie

Chippewa River Distillery and Chippewa Brewing Co. were founded in March 2015, and the taproom opened in March 2016. We are proud of our hometown Chippewa Falls and include the Chippewa name on all our products. We aim to use as many locally produced and grown products as possible and to give back to the community. We value old friends and new friends we meet. Our mantra is AVERAGE IS NOT ENOUGH. WE ARE HERE TO EXCEED EXPECTATIONS.
