History
Centerfire Distillery was founded in 2019 in the beautiful city of Boise, ID. After acquiring equipment and products from a local small-batch distillery, Centerfire was ready to launch. Our Corn Whiskey won a gold medal in the North American Bourbon and Whiskey Competition in 2017. The current operation moved to the suburb of Nampa, ID, where we produce, bottle, and distribute. We have added flavorful moonshines to our lineup as well as Hoyser Country Drunken Bean, which will compete with Corn Whiskey for supremacy. There are plans for many more products in the near future.
Production
Made with the finest Idaho ingredients, locally sourced and produced. We handpick everything from grain to packaging. QUALITY will always be our top priority. Centerfire Distillery is family-owned and operated. We emphasize small-batch production and SUSTAINABLY CRAFTED products in the heart of Treasure Valley. Our carefully distilled SPIRITS are delicious and not necessarily expensive; a luxurious and smooth enjoyment doesn't have to cost a fortune.
