Cascade Hollow Distillery is located in Cascade Hollow, Tennessee. According to history, Cascade Hollow Distillery opened in 1878 in the neighboring Coffee County region, where George Dickel bought a large stake in the company. Geo. A. Dickel & Co. was founded in the mid-1800s, and Dickel built his reputation as a supplier of smooth and mild spirits. The brand's name proclaims Whisky without an e, which shows a unique approach to American whiskey and the ambition to elevate the experience to the world’s finest whiskies. According to history, the beverages were traditionally cooled to 40 degrees Fahrenheit before cold filtration to create a smooth yet complex flavor. Cascade Hollow is also proud to be part of the Tennessee Whiskey Trail. Nicole Austin is the General Manager and Distiller at Cascade Hollow Distilling Co. and has led innovations such as George Dickel Bottled In Bond Distilling Season Fall 2005 and launched George Dickel Bourbon. She has also led collaborations such as George Dickel x Leopold Bros Collaboration Blend and Cascade Moon Whisky series.
