Blaum Bros Distilling Co. is a family-owned and operated craft distillery in Galena, Illinois. More than a decade ago, the distillery was founded by two brothers, Matt and Mike Blaum. Over the years, the company has grown into a popular destination for those who want to experience high-quality handmade spirits in a friendly atmosphere. A guided tasting is offered, where knowledgeable staff share insights into distillation methods and the inspiration behind each blend.

Blaum Bros Straight Rye Whiskey - ABV 50% - 750 ml - On the nose: mint, dehydrated orange segments, white pepper, wildflower honey, vanilla cream, toffee and clove. - On the palate: fruit and spices intensify. The finish is long and warm with the spice lingering.

Blaum Bros Straight Bourbon - ABV 50% - 750 ml - On the nose: buttery cornbread, vanilla, cloves, cherry cake and smoky oak notes. - On the palate: toffee, caramel, roasted corn, oak, cherry and a hint of cinnamon candy. - Finish: cinnamon and clove fade with a sweet undertone.
