History

Aspen Sky is the region's premier winery and distillery for locally handcrafted wine and spirits. It is a family-friendly destination with a great atmosphere and the opportunity to enjoy wine and spirits. The goal is to be your local escape – a place to celebrate life's events or just enjoy a drink with friends.

The Team

Amy Bach, born and raised in Slinger, has spent the past decade turning Aspen Sky into a dream. She holds a Professional Winemaking Certificate from UC Davis and returned home to make the dream a reality. Kyle Bridgeo brings 14 years of experience from aerospace and defense, where he has worked with supply chain, process development and operations management. Mandie, who also grew up in Slinger, shifted from banking in 2022 and handles guest services, events and wine development. She recommends enjoying Petite Pearl or Vanilla Old Fashion with Brandy.

Production / Manufacturing

We produce wine by sourcing wines from across the USA and blending, conditioning, and bottling them on-site to deliver the best wine at the best price. Spirits are an important supplement, and we source spirits from various suppliers and blend them on-site with the help of an experienced distiller to deliver accessible, easy-drinking spirits.

Visits and Experiences

Our Tasting Room is Aspen Sky's heart and is open Thursday-Sunday. You can taste at the bar, sit at a table with a glass of wine and a charcuterie board, or enjoy a bottle while relaxing on the couches. When weather permits, you can sit outside on the terrace or in the garden. Dogs are welcome outside. Private tastings for small groups are available with a minimum of 8 guests. We also offer Heated Igloos in the winter months and private events such as weddings. Aspen Sky Event Center can accommodate up to 270 guests and offers private indoor and outdoor space as well as a full bar and a wide selection of beers.
