Young & Yonder offers a range of spirits such as vodka (plain and lime variants), gin (H.O.B.S. Gin), California Straight Bourbon, and California Amaro. Specifically for the whiskey segment, Cask Series whiskies are mentioned as Limited Releases. California Straight Bourbon is described as a four-grain mash-based bourbon, aged in new charred American oak barrels for more than 30 months, non-chill-filtered, and with four-times filtered water to adjust the proof. The distillery is located in Healdsburg and offers a modern, industrial space two blocks from the town center. They have varying hours and the option for walk-ins as well as tasting flights and cocktails in a cozy lounge. Tasting flights cost around $5 for a single and $15 for four selections. Reservations are available for groups up to 8 people; larger groups may require partial venue rental. Each seating lasts 90 minutes. Last call is 30 minutes before closing. Children and pets are welcome; tours are available on request. An automatic gratuity will be added for groups of 6 or more.
